1. About this Privacy Notice
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Notice explains how Fly With Andreea collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website (flywithandreea.com), contact us, or use our private jet charter brokerage services (each, a “Service”). It applies whenever you interact with us in connection with arranging a flight.
Fly With Andreea operates as a private jet charter brokerage. We act as an intermediary between you and the aircraft operators who perform flights. This Notice may be supplemented by additional statements provided to you at the point of collection.
We process your personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, or “PDPL”), and, where applicable to clients in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK GDPR.
Your personal data is any information that identifies you or relates to you. It does not include data that has been anonymised so that you can no longer be identified.
2. Who we are (the Data Controller)
Fly With Andreea is a private jet charter brokerage operated by Andreea Vasilas as a sole proprietor, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the purposes of the PDPL and the GDPR, Andreea Vasilas, trading as Fly With Andreea, is the data controller responsible for your personal data. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fly With Andreea.
Where a client provides us with the personal data of a passenger so that we can arrange a charter on their behalf, we act on the client’s instructions in respect of that passenger data and process it only for the purpose of arranging the flight.

3. What personal data we collect
Clients and prospective clients
When you request a quote, book a charter, contact us, or complete a form on our website, we may collect:
- Identity data: name, title, date of birth, nationality, and passport or other travel document details.
- Contact data: email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and postal address.
- Booking data: flight requirements, travel dates, routes, number of passengers, and special requests.
- Payment data: details necessary to process deposits and payments. Card payments are handled through our payment processor (PayPal); we do not store your full card number on our own systems.
- Communications data: the content of your correspondence with us.
We collect this information mainly to perform our contract with you (arranging your charter), and where relevant for our legitimate interests, such as responding to enquiries, preventing fraud, and quality assurance.
Passenger and special category data
To arrange a flight we may handle passenger details including names, dates of birth, passport details, and, where relevant to the flight, sensitive information such as health, mobility, or dietary requirements.
Under the PDPL and the GDPR, health and similar information is a special category of personal data requiring additional protection. We process such data only where it is necessary to ensure your safety and comfort before, during and after a flight, and only with your explicit consent. By providing this information to us, you explicitly consent to us collecting it, using it, and sharing it with the relevant aircraft operator and, where required, regulatory or border authorities, for the purpose of operating your flight.
Website visitors
When you use our website we may collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and information about how you interact with the site. We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve our Service. Analytics cookies are only set where you have given consent through our cookie banner. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
4. How we collect your personal data
- Directly from you: when you complete the enquiry or RFQ form on our website, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or speak with us by phone.
- From a client acting on your behalf: for example, when an assistant, employer, or agent provides passenger details to arrange a charter.
- Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website, subject to your consent.
- From publicly available or third-party sources: to validate information or prevent fraud where permitted by law.
5. How we use your personal data and our legal basis
Under the PDPL and the GDPR we must have a valid legal basis to process your data. We rely on the following:
- Performance of a contract: to provide quotes, arrange and confirm your charter, process payments, and deliver the Service you requested.
- Consent: to process special category data (such as health information), to send you marketing where required, and to set non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, improve our Service, secure our systems, prevent fraud, and keep records, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, including aviation, border control, tax, and anti-money-laundering requirements.
6. When we contact you and marketing
We may contact you to administer your enquiry or booking, to respond to your correspondence, to notify you of changes to this Notice, and, where permitted, to share relevant offers such as empty-leg flights and charter availability.
We will only send you marketing where we are entitled to do so under the PDPL and the GDPR, which generally means you have consented or you are an existing client and the message concerns a similar Service. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any marketing message or by contacting us at andreea@flywithandreea.com.
7. Who we share your personal data with
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to handle it lawfully. We may share your data with:
- Aircraft operators and aviation service providers: to arrange and operate your flight, including the operator performing the charter and, where required, handling agents.
- Payment provider: PayPal, to process deposits and payments securely.
- Technology providers: our website host (Cloudflare), form provider (Formspree), customer relationship management (CRM) provider, and Google Analytics, which support the operation of our Service.
- Professional advisers: such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- Authorities: border control, immigration, aviation regulators, tax authorities, and law enforcement, where required by law or to operate your flight.
- Business transfers: a third party that may acquire or merge with our business, in which case your data would continue to be protected under terms consistent with this Notice.
8. International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers and the aircraft operators arranging your flight may be located in other countries. This means your personal data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the UAE and the European Economic Area.
Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection. In line with the PDPL, cross-border transfers are made where the destination ensures an appropriate level of protection or where suitable safeguards or your consent are in place. For transfers of data relating to EEA or UK clients, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for further information on the safeguards we use.
9. How long we keep your personal data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice. As a general rule, we retain client and booking records for up to six years from the date of your booking, to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations and to resolve any disputes. Where retention is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymise your data.
Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Passenger special category data is retained only for as long as needed to operate the relevant flight and to meet any legal obligation, and is then deleted.
10. How we keep your personal data secure
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. These include:
- Encryption of data in transit and restricted, password-protected access to systems.
- Access controls limiting personal data to those who need it to deliver the Service.
- Use of reputable processors who are contractually required to safeguard your data.
- Secure payment handling through PayPal rather than storing card details ourselves.
11. Your rights
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data where there is no lawful reason for us to continue processing it.
- Object to or request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Request the transfer of your data to you or another controller (data portability), where applicable.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at andreea@flywithandreea.com. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law. Certain exemptions may apply, and we will explain these to you where relevant.
If you are based in the UAE, you may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may complain to your local data protection authority. We would, however, appreciate the chance to resolve your concerns first.
12. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only used where you have given consent through our cookie banner. You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the banner or your browser settings. Further detail is provided in our separate Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to this Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on our website with a revised date and, where appropriate, notify you directly. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
