You can pay by credit or debit card or by bank transfer, and on some occasions by cryptocurrency. I set out the available options clearly when I send your quote.

Mainly US dollars and euros. That said, depending on the route and the aircraft, almost any currency can be accepted. Tell me what works best for you and I will arrange it.

Anywhere from 24 hours up to a month, depending on the type of flight and how far ahead you are booking. I always tell you exactly how long your price is held.

If another aircraft can fly there, so can you. Some destinations simply need specific arrangements, permits or handling, and I take care of all of it before you travel.

Often, yes. I have organised many flights that required special permits for all sorts of reasons. Very little is genuinely impossible, so it is always worth asking.

Yes. I will send you the list of documents required to proceed with the flight, then handle the arrangements with the operator so everything clears properly.

Very often, yes. It is one of the most common requests I receive. Depending on the destination and the breed, it can almost always be settled, in the cabin beside you where possible.

This is where I am at my best. When a route looks impossible or the timing is tight, that is usually my favourite kind of request. I find the solution that others miss.

Ask me anyway. The requests other brokers decline are frequently the ones I find easy. There is usually a way, and finding it is my job.

Fly with Andreea is an air charter broker. I arrange your flight with third party, AOC certified operators from a network of more than 450 vetted operators, and I confirm pricing in writing before you commit. I manage the operator relationship on your behalf from start to finish.
